Kings Church Heathfield is a local Christian church which began in the Heathfield area in 1981.

Our main vision is to restore and develop relationship between God and mankind, so our primary work is spiritual. But because a person who responds to God's love will change their lifestyle, it affects society too. Marriages are strengthened, family life becomes a high priority, care for others and citizenship are encouraged.

We teach compassion for the needy and respect for authority. We continually counsel people about social, marital and sexual and financial problems etc. but our motivating belief is that if a person gets a right relationship with God, they become a wholesome caring citizen.

Kings Church is led by a team of two elders, each with their own expertise and experience. Both preach and teach at Kings Church and share the pastoral responsibilities as well as overseeing other activities in the church.

In 1996 Kings Church acquired State Hall in the centre of Heathfield. The building provides us with other means of showing God's love in the community. It is a visible symbol that we are committed to the community.

We regularly hold Alpha courses, marriage courses and weekly kids club and youth activities.
